1As an individual do I need to reserve for the ferry between Cannes and Ste Marguerite Island?

We do not take reservations for the ferry between Cannes and Ste Marguerite Island. You can buy your tickets in advance on our website. The tickets purchased on www.trans-cote-azur.com   are valid for 1 month after the date of purchase. You choose your date and time of departure.

2Do I need to print the purchase confirmation that I receive by email?

No, it is not necessary to print the purchase confirmation; you can present yourself at the ticket office at Quai Laubeuf on the day you wish to take the ferry by giving us your name or showing us the confirmation on your Smartphone.

3As a group, do we need to reserve for the ferry between Cannes and Ste Marguerite Island?

Yes, in order to benefit from our group rates (minimum 15 passengers) you should reserve by email. You can send your group booking request to croisieres@trans-cote-azur.com.

4How do I reserve a cruise excursion (St Tropez, Monaco, Corniche d’Or…)?

You can reserve a cruise excursion directly at our ticket office, by phone or by email. We suggest booking at least one day in advance to be sure that there are availabilities for your desired date.

5How do I pay and retrieve the tickets for cruise excursions?

Payment and retrieval of cruise excursions tickets are to be done directly at our ticket office the day before the cruise by the latest noon.
Cannes: Quai Laubeuf or 20 Quai St Pierre
Nice: Quai Lunel.

6How can I change my cruise excursion reservation?

If you must change your reservation before you have paid and retrieved your tickets, please call the ticket office or send us an email.
If you have already paid and retrieved your tickets, you can call us to book the new date and then have your ticket changed the day you will cruise at the ticket office.

7Once paid for, are the tickets refundable?

No, the tickets are 100% non-refundable. All lost or stolen tickets cannot be exchanged nor reimbursed.

8If my cruise is cancelled, will I be refunded?

Yes, if the cruise is cancelled by Trans Cote d’Azur, you will be reimbursed when you return your tickets to our ticket office, or you can change the date of the cruise excursion.

9How long in advance should I arrive on the day of my cruise excursion?

You should arrive at the embarkation quay at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

10Are dogs accepted on board?

Yes, dogs are permitted on board and are the responsibility of their owner. They must be on leash and wear a muzzle if necessary.
