TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

By making a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  • Tickets are valid only for the date indicated on the ticket. Return tickets must be used on the same day.
  • In the event of a passenger failing to show up on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time, the ticket cannot be refunded, exchanged or postponed. If a passenger arrives late and is unable to board, no refund or compensation will be granted.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • For cruises organised in connection with an external event (fireworks, Régates Royales, etc.), tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable in the event of a change or cancellation of the event. Once the boat has left the quay and the excursion has taken place, no refund or compensation can be requested due to any change or cancellation of the external event.
  • Departure times are provided for information purposes only and may be modified due to weather conditions or any other external factor that may affect the running of the excursion. Such changes will not give rise to any claim for a refund or compensation.
  • The shipping company* reserves the right, without prior notice, to cancel an excursion or modify its schedule or itinerary (due to weather conditions, technical issues, insufficient bookings or other reasons).*
  • Some of our services have a bar on board. Credit/debit card payments are not accepted; payment can only be made in cash.
